I love deviled eggs and find regular egg-salad to be boring in comparison. Therefore I like to make my egg salad using my deviled egg process and then stir it all up to put it in a sandwich or to use as a dip on buttery crackers or toast points. This is super customizable so add what you like and have fun with it!

The perfect brunch food, this easy and delicious dish allows the host to enjoy her company while it cooks. What’s a better addition to a breakfast sandwich than a homemade biscuit? Biscuits beat the heck out of any English muffin, and these biscuits are hard to mess up, so that makes them a winner in my book!
A great way to make ahead a quick breakfast portion full of veggies and protein. Dice up your favorite omelet ingredients (get creative!!) and add a dozen eggs. Don't forget salt and pepper!
Need a quick and healthy meal anytime of day? Packed wth protein and veggies, and low on carbs , this one fits the bill.
Yep I said it! And they're DELICIOUS! All you need is Greek yogurt, a little mustard, salt and pepper as your base. Then you flavor them with what you like best! Toss a little bacon in? Sure! An avocado and cilantro? Yum! Hot sauce and chives? You're getting the idea!
Just a quick reminder that breakfast for dinner can be a healthy and quick meal when you combine garden goodies with fresh eggs! We even had homemade oatmeal bread thanks to our new bread machine, but any slice of toast you love will do!
I can't believe I haven't been making more quiches! This was so easy and absolutely delicious.
I had fixed pesto pasta earlier in the week and had some extra pesto to use up, so why not mix it in with my eggs and veggies to bring some additional flavor to my breakfast plate?!
Incidentally, pesto is very easy to make if you have an abundance of fresh basil. Watch for my recipe this summer when the garden is blooming! If you have some leftover fresh ingredients from your Cinco de Mayo festivities, throw them together with a few hard boiled eggs for a fresh and healthy lunch!
Packed with veggies and protein, these little fritters will be a welcome change for Sunday morning!
If you have never had Chilaquiles, think of them as breakfast nachos. These will be the hit of your next brunch!
